Moved to Nebraska in 1994 from Texas. I am asked why Nebraska and I have to say my husband transferred here for work not because of the wonderful weather! I have worked in the restaurant business in Upper Management for 20+ years and felt I needed a change of pace but wanted to still work and have a purpose. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and when approached with a new adventure doing Accounts Payable, I was ready for a new challenge. I think that being part of teams that care about people has made the transition to Viking easy, as they are a caring company. While I am semi-retired, I am happy with the experience and knowledge that I have been given in the time that I have been with Viking. Although I have children, they are grown I have the time to read, travel, bake and spoil my fur baby Prissy.
