John’s journey in the construction industry began during his college summers where he worked as a Skilled Laborer. After earning his degree in Business Administration from Bethel College in Kansas, he started as a Project Engineer with a small industrial construction company in McPherson, Kansas. Over the past 11 years, John has worked his way up in the industry, holding various roles including Project Manager, Estimator, and Director of Business Development.
At Viking, John brings a wealth of experience and expertise in collaborating with customers, vendors, and engineers throughout all phases of a project, from inception to completion.
Outside of work, John resides in Hesston, KS, with his wife Olivia and their dog Finn. In his free time, he enjoys getting outside, playing golf, hunting, fishing, and exploring new destinations through travel.
John serves the Kansas and Nebraska territories, working alongside Rick to bring Viking’s exceptional services to our valued clients.
